Prep Bowl Class AAAAA Championship Game Wayzata vs Eden Prairie Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011
This is a photo taken after the Minnesota Class AAAAA football championship game on Saturday, Nov 26 at the Metrodome. This was a bitterly fought game between #1 ranked Wayzata and #2 ranked Eden Prairie. Eden Prairie won 13-3.
In the middle of the group are the two co-captains of the Eden Prairie team, leading the prayer. These same co-captains are involved in FCA and led Bible studies for the football team during the pre-season practice weeks in August…during lunch, between the two-a-day practices. Forty to fifty FB players showed up each day, and many accepted Christ during those weeks.
Praise God for these kids and for their boldness to influence their teammates and their school for Jesus!
