Courtney Frasier grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where she played soccer and basketball. In 2010, she completed the Chicago Marathon, a personal milestone that she had been working towards for years. The following year, she moved to Minnesota and later graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul with a degree in art. For the past 13 years, Courtney has worked in administrative roles that allow her to bring creativity and enjoyment of working "behind the scenes" together. 

She is married to Dave Frasier, the North Metro Area Director for FCA, and together they have three children: Elijah, Ezekiel, and Ellie. Courtney enjoys using the gifts God has given her to support the work and the mission of FCA, especially in her local community.
