Tyler Luethje has lived in Le Center, MN since 2015 with his wife Heather, daughter Lincoln, and sons Beau and Boone. Their family is also in the process of adopting a child from Bulgaria. They enjoy spending time active and outdoors, hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, playing sports and practicing Tae Kwon Do as a family.
Tyler grew up in Gladbrook, IA and attended South Dakota State University, where he was an Offensive Lineman on the football team for 3 years before spending his final year as a student-coach. Upon graduating from SDSU in 2012 with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Tyler spent time working as a Recreation Coordinator for youth and adult sports in Waseca, MN, along with being an Assistant Varsity Football Coach and helping with the Bluejay Strength & Conditioning programming. In 2017, Tyler moved into a new role as the Parks Director for Le Sueur County. Tyler has also served as a Corporate Chaplain at Mankato area businesses since 2024.
As Tyler’s faith has grown and his commitment to follow Jesus, lead others, create disciples, and spread the Gospel; he is excited for the opportunity to put his full trust in the Lord and be joining Minnesota FCA staff as the South Central Area Director to impact the Kingdom through sports, ministry, and relationships.
