Nomination Form

Purpose:

The Minnesota Hall of Faith recognizes individuals who model high character — emanating Christ in all they say and do — and have made a significant impact through FCA. 


Qualifications:

Someone who has possesses and demonstrates the faith principles outlined in Hebrews 11:

  1. Assurance of God’s Promises (vs 1)
  2. Sacrificial lifestyle (vs 4)
  3. Continuously seeks God (vs 6)
  4. Obeys in hard things (vs 7)
  5. Trusts God when we don’t understand (vs 8, 17)
  6. Keeps an eternal focus (vs 10, 13)
  7. Trusts God to do the impossible (vs 11, 19)
  8. Fears God rather than man (vs 23, 27)
  9. Doesn’t run after temporal pleasures (vs 25, 26)
  10. Endures persecution for the sake of Christ (vs 35-38)


Selection Process

  • Nominations may be submitted by statewide staff, board members, and friends of FCA using the Minnesota Hall of Faith Nomination Form
  • Final decision will be made by a selection committee of FCA Staff and State Board members.

Commitment to Christ

  • Lifestyle that reveals a strong faith
  • Involvement in his/her church and Christian community
  • Demonstrates spiritual leadership in his/her family


Involvement with FCA

  • Commitment to the Ministry of FCA
  • Has served FCA at the local, state, and/or national level
  • Has a history of time, talent, and/or financial support in FCA
  • Has a minimum of 10 years involvement with FCA
