2012 Rochester Youth Sports Camp
    

The Rochester Youth Sports Camp is a day camp for young athletes entering grades 2-8 (Fall 2012) who want to develop their skills in several sports and build their personal character. Campers will train in one sport for two days and then switch to another sport for the final two days.


Date:  July 9-12, 2012

Grades:  2 - 8 (Fall 2012)

Sports Offered:
   Mon/Tues: Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Golf*
   Wed/Thurs: Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Football, Tennis**

   *Golf is now full
   **Tennis has a few spots left so sign up ASAP!

Location:  Regional Sports Center Field House (RCTC campus)
Campers participating in Golf will be bused to/from Hadley Creek GC.
Campers participating in Tennis will be bused to/from Century HS.

Camp Fees:  
    $110    1 Camper
    $220    2 Campers
    $275    3 Campers within the same family
    $330    4 Campers within the same family

Registration Deadline:  July 1
Late registrations and walk-ups will be accepted after July 1 if openings are still available.  An additional $15 processing fee per camper will be charged.

Cancel Fee:  $25 (if cancellation is received by July 6)
No-show Fee:  full cost of camp

        3:00 - 4:00 pm Assembly with Chris Norton & Ben Utecht

End of Camp Assembly

On Thursday afternoon, July 12, we would like to invite all parents and siblings to share in the camp experience. Join us at the Field House starting at 3:00 for an end of camp assembly featuring Chris Norton, recipient of the 2011 CBS Courage in Sports Award, and Ben Utecht, professional musician and former Super Bowl Champion with the Indianapolis Colts.  Both men will share about their journey in sports and about their faith in Christ that has guided them through it all.

What to Wear & Bring
Wear appropriate and modest athletic clothes and shoes for your sport. Please apply sunscreen before coming to camp as we will be spending time outside. Bring a sports bag, lunch, and water bottle with the camper’s name clearly written on them. Also bring an extra pair of sneakers to wear inside.

Baseball and softball participants - please bring a glove.
Tennis - please bring a racquet if you have one.
Golf - please bring clubs if you have them.
