Twins Faith Night at Target Field Saturday August 29th

Who knows whether the Twins will win on Aug. 29, when they play the Houston Astros. But fans at Target Field will win in two ways.

Thanks to Praise FM, fans will enjoy Faith Night at Target Field!

Fans can purchase discounted tickets to that game and enjoy worship music led by UNITE Twin Cities and testimonials from Twins stars afterwards.

Brian Dozier, Torii Hunter, Kyle Gibson, Blaine Boyer and Brian Duensing are among the players who may appear, though that’s subject to change.

"We've already heard from people who are excited to join us, especially those who care about someone who may not be familiar with the gospel," said David McIver, executive director of Praise FM. "It’s getting the good news of Jesus into a place where people are totally comfortable going, watching their favorite team and then hearing personal stories from people they respect and admire. It’s such a natural fit. That’s what gets me excited."

Minnesota FCA director Glenn Martin can’t imagine a better way to spend an beautiful summer evening.

“This is a great opportunity for anybody to come and be blessed, and to hear great worship,” Martin said. “But most importantly, to hear the stories of these Twins players, and why they are not just playing baseball but Christians playing baseball.”
